About This Project

This work was developed during my time as an AV Intern at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC) in Barcelona, supporting the production of live and recorded music events within an academic and performance setting.

The projects involved multi-camera video capture and live audio production, documenting concerts, recitals, and institutional events. Each production required coordination between performers, technical staff, and recording workflows to ensure high-quality capture for archival, educational, and promotional use.

The work emphasised reliability in live environments, with a focus on clean audio capture, effective camera coverage, and efficient post-production to deliver polished final outputs.

My Contribution

I was responsible for setting up and operating audiovisual systems across both live and recorded productions. This included working with DSLR and PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras to achieve multi-angle coverage, as well as handling camera movement and framing during live events.

On the audio side, I operated mixing consoles for live sound and managed multichannel recording setups, ensuring accurate capture of performances for post-production use.

In post-production, I edited audio using Pro Tools and video using Adobe Premiere Pro, assembling and refining recordings into cohesive final pieces. I worked across both technical and creative aspects of the workflow, contributing to the overall quality and consistency of the delivered content.
